I love old books! The best are those you want to read as well as have, but having old (beautiful) books that you cannot read is not that bad :)

Now that is art, my friend. I have my own little collection that I hope my little ones will appreciate one day. Especially since they are taking books out of the schools. And going all web based! The feeling of holding a good, handsome book can never be replaced.

Love the golden glow of the book covers with the soft patina of the gray. The post I just did on my antiqued brass sconces I posted several pictures of gold mixed with the grays and the two colors together are stunning. Kathysue
