beautifully neutral bedroom...

I am so in love with everything neutral these days. A bright pop of color sometimes? Yes. But neutrals are what I crave right now. Especially whites, in different shades and textures. Of course, having a few myself, I am really loving these dress forms, tattered and worn. And you know me and mirrors.

The white, the wire, the wood, and the worn.

Perfect combinations.

Happy weekend!

My thanks to MFAMB for the heads up!

Love the dress forms since I collect them too. And I love how Thea left one wall rough I couldn't live like that but it's beautiful in her home.

I had to run out and get that issue of AH&L when I saw that incredible loft. Seriously, computer images don't do this one justice. It's a must to see it in its glossy, full spread format.

Neutral but also full of dainty contrasts between the dark metals and the buttery linens - no wonder the rooms look so fabulous! Very tasty morsels for the end of the week.

You forgot to mention THAT BED! I have been a little obsessed with that bed lately...maybe someday. Sigh:) I am a color girl, but love a neutral backdrop to infuse all of my color whims. Happy weekend to you too!

I'm happy neutrals are becoming more popular. Sometimes I get sick of the neon-ic color schemes. I want those mannequins!

I love how layers and different textures of white can give such a robust image - even without the color. Love all your choices above, Donna!!

Beautiful room, but I think I'd worry it would feel chilly. I guess the answer, if going this route, is to use texture, texture and more texture.
