C., great question about grey/gray. I believe I am correct in saying 'grey' is the more popular european spelling while 'gray' is most popular in the US. donna
Thanks for the mention! I can't wait to get the room painted. I decided not to paint the swatches on the wall knowing that it might take me a while to make my decision.
So funny! We lived like this for over a year while building our house. Our contractor cut up pieces of sheetrock for us, which we then painted...there were soooo many. I lugged these back and forth from our temporary home to the one we were building almost daily, and when they weren't in the car, they were all over the house. It was actually hard to throw them away in the end, I got kind of used to them. We still have one left...it's for above the fireplace...and it's GREY! :) So happy we *are not* alone! xo J~
Love it! That was our house last year! Have to love the test colors painted in giant swatches - couldn't do it without 'em! I found (or rather made) the perfect gray for us. Yes. Perfect!
My Gift Guides and Retail Therapy posts may contain some affiliate links. This means I may receive a small commission on sales thru this blog. Your cost is NOT affected. I only link to items which I would love to own or do already own. Any commission I earn allows me to keep up the gray goodness...so, thank you for your support! Donna

I actually like the artistic look of that mantle composition
....those large gray swatches look great there.
By the way, since you it's your thing, can it be grey or gray? Are both correct.?
