When I lived at home my mum had these put into all the wardrobes in the new home. I love them! People complain that they take up space but the reality is you can't put furniture that close to sliding doors anyway. Love the grey doors you've shown here!
Hi Donna, I wish, I mean WISH I had doors like the ones you are looking at...the perfect gray for sure (or grey here in Australia...slight differences sometimes in spelling with a few words). Good luck with transformation of your doors, you can't beat solid timber, I believe. Our kitchen is solid timber, even though it is painted, you can just tell. Well, I can... Tammy
Oh ... I love them, they will make such a huge difference! Our bifold doors have fallen off tracks so many times they are now in garage and the closet is freedom rockin door free!... -Ann
Donna, I had bifold doors in our previous home and wanted to change them out. We knew we were not staying there so we opted not to do it. If I had been there any lenght of time, I would have changed them. Love the look in your images. Yes, they look so much nicer.
I have double doors, but the top of each door is louvered. I like the slats--they allow air circulation and I can tell when I've left the light on. I do love the gray doors with white trim. I immediately thought of the wall of sliding mirrored doors I used to have decades ago, and could see this would be an easy and beautiful fix.
You must be so excited! These doors look so nice and I know you'll like them better. We have nice antique solid wood doors on our closets but they aren't gray ;( I can't wait to see your new doors!
We have them in the master closet Donna...they're wonderful, love them! The other two bedrooms have double bifolds though...they worked better for those spaces. Love that your new doors are going to be gray! xo J~
Just painted all my doors a dark grey. Sadly had too keep the bifold in the hallway. looking to replace all my swing doors in the dressing room with swing mirrored doors, anyone know where I can purchase them?
I have two solid doors into my walk in closet stained a horrible 1950s orange colour. I hope to remove stain and paint. These aregorgeous doors you have to post before And after photos please Xx callie
My Gift Guides and Retail Therapy posts may contain some affiliate links. This means I may receive a small commission on sales thru this blog. Your cost is NOT affected. I only link to items which I would love to own or do already own. Any commission I earn allows me to keep up the gray goodness...so, thank you for your support! Donna

I'd be satisfied with the bi-fold door. I still have the solid doors that slide from side-to-side. My home was built in the 50s

Mmm - those are lovely. I love the paint color on the second batch.

That is so exciting, congratulations!! (At this point I would settle for a hardware change.) Hope you'll show us photos!
these are so beautiful and such a nice upgrade from sliders or bifolds :)

Donna, Love them. Isn't it so fun to anticipate a change. These will be great. Mona
I removed my horrible LOUVRED wardrobe doors and replaced them with ones which matched my other doors exactly. I can't tell you the relief~
