I'm a complete chandelier nut. In fact, I am a chandelier owner without the right ceiling heights!!! My grandmother bought a gorgeous crystal chandelier in Prague and it used to hang in my bedroom in N.C. I had a really high ceiling and it worked. But, my sweet house in N.Y. just has a totally different vibe and primarily 8 foot ceilings. I've got it all boxed away, but someday must find the right home for it!

Actually, I rewire and rework chandies. I have them hanging from the rafters in my garage! Whenever a friend comes over for a visit they have a good laugh at the contrast of my hubbies yard equipment and the crystal hanging above it all!
Uh-oh! Like Gatherings Home above, I too have soooooo many chandeliers, the overflow is hanging from the rafters of the garage. : \ (I have around 27)
I even rescued a Murano glass chandelier out of a cardboard box being thrown out. 2 of its 6 arms were broken, but they didn't know what it was. I happily took it!

Love a beautiful chandelier and my father recently gave me one that used to hang in his childhood home. It's Empire style and stunning. Debating whether to hang it in my bedroom, bathroom or in the living room..
Got a fright when I first looked at that mirror behind the bed. Thought the glass was broken... Iiiih! I am so superstitious.. Thankfully it was just the crystals reflecting.. :)
