Did you see designer Michelle Smith's NYC apartment featured on OKL?
(Check out the industrial size wisks used as light fixtures.)
The whole place is pretty fantastic, but the gray kitchen cabinets wowed me.
Michelle painted them Farrow and Ball's Charleston Gray.
Michelle says:
"If you want a color that goes with everything, that’s it.”
Isn't this unfinished console awesome?
Check out the entire apartment here. It's the best.
(I saw it on Nancy's pages first!)

Beautiful kitchen! Gorgeous color!! I've not used that paint color - gotta check out my fan deck. Thanks for the source, Donna! xo
This was one of the contenders for my cabinets. It came so close, in fact, I have a whole gallon of it. I have to say I adore this apartment and everything in it but when I saw this color, I was disappointed. It's okay but I don't LOVE it and I don't know why. I'm surprised to learn it's Charleston Gray actually. I do adore the whisk light though.
Love the clever lighting and the entire kitchen. I did not see this...thanks for sharing!
Looks Like Taupe To Me......
ooohh that console is a stunning feature. What a fabulous entrance to the home.
There it is! I knew it existed. Trying to find wall paint in this color I went to Home Depot and described what I was looking for to the attendant. Afterward, her supervisor gave her a brief refreshing talk on how to handle difficult, demanding, stubborn personalities.
Oh Mommie....I love that kitchen....will have to check out the whole apartment!
Wow. Fantastic kitchen. I love the color! Thanks for this inspiration.
