Chelsea Gray
 (Benjamin Moore HC-168)

Benjamin Moore's description:

"Like a well-dressed gentleman, this gracefully urbane shade of gray
adds a sophisticated, scholarly quality to a den or library."

This "gentleman" is not too bad in the kitchen, either...

One of my favorites.

I would think a grey like this one shown, would be perfect in a hot / sunny location where it would "cool" down a room ... not be so dreary as it might be in a room in the Northeast or PNW where there is enough grey for months in a year.
A pantry with no windows would be kind of dark and dreary in that grey, don't you think ? But anything to be chic, right Gwyneth ? lol
I do like grey though.. in the right place it has a lot of impact. Now I am going to go through all my rooms and see if there is a right place here :)

hi donna, i never tire of greys, and love them with gold tones! they just seem to die in the cold light of my northern home - don't know how those scandinavians get away with it. ;)

Love Chelsea grey. It's the color we painted our store.
