All from fine-art photographer Michael Eastman. If you follow the link to his site, be prepared to spend a little time. Fantastic stuff.
I found Eastman's work through No. 15. Thanks, Amy.

Love these distressed walls - so much character.
I LOVE the recurring sea green. Gorgeous! Oh, it would be so amazing to do a photo shoot with someone in the setup of the second picture! *sigh* That would be awesome.

I love all these rooms! I am off to checking the link...Have a great day!
These all seem to have a very regal European quality to them, very beautiful!

One of my best friends, Gunilla, got married in Cuba last year. I was invited as a bridesmaid but the US authorities wouldn't issue me a Visa (not even my Swedish passport helped when I live in the US). I cried for a week. And now I cry even more when I see the beautiful, old world interiors my friend is talking about.
I will send Gunilla this link.
Happy weekend dear friend.

i love the beauty in old houses--even if they are run down. they just dont make homes like that anymore...thanks for the site. his work is really beautiful!
oh how i love these images...especially the the last one. that mirrored wall is gorgeous!
These are take-my-breath-away amazing. I have always had a fixation with vestiges of grandeur, especially where Cuba is involved. I'm just a sucker for all of that crumbling beauty. Sigh.
gob smacking images, love them heaps!
