I am really drawn to this image. The lovely wall color, worn in spots, and the partial view of the old painting, the frame of which is also broken and worn . It's one of Anthropologie's beautiful images from India. Check out the slideshow for more exotic beauty.
Thanks to No. 15 for the tip.

I like the gold detail on the frame.

That is an interesting color...perfect for India. How is your search for the perfect gray coming?

Pretty pretty pretty...
me too...i really want to see just a hint more of this one as i am intrigued by that painting.
I aspire to live in such a setting. To live in a home filled with history and well-worn beauty. I could then retire my paint brushes & stop driving my family nuts running around behind them touching up worn spots and marks!! So ..so happy to get your kind comment today. I've missed reading your incredible blog. Hope you are doing really well?

You know, I have a real attraction to India and Indian people. I so want to go there one day and travel around.
Lovely Manvi of Mochatini and I are dreaming up a trip where she will show me her beautiful birth country. I dream on.

Oh wow, me too! I love it, lately dark moody paintings and that beautiful peachy, coral color are really speaking to me.
