While the frames themselves are extraordinary, the mirror adds that final panache -- that final je ne sais quoi... that final touch. Like the perfect dress which needs the perfect accessory!
I love them both but I'd have to say the FRAMES are what GRAB me! LOVE them! Like heart skip a beat love! ;-) By the way, I'm having a Scentsy give away on my blog, if you have a moment, I'd love for you to pop by!
I think it depends on the mirror and frame... but if they are both old and crusty.... I think I would say the mirror...only because...think about all the faces who have looked into them through all the years? Great post! XO
Thank you for your sweet comment. I have been reading your blog for a while now and so my heart did a little flutter when I saw you left me a comment. Love your style.
for me they are equally as fabuous and important, as I adore them both. We've been told that we don't own a mirror you can actually see yourself in!! And I really should take a snapshot of my stack of antique frames that are leaning against the door of a guest room... a collection out of control!! joan
Hmm, hard to choose, I love them both but the ornateness of the frames is what grabs me first. I use them with or without something in them! Great blog, I think I have to follow now. Linda

Personally I would have to say the frames since I collect them and leave them empty. Love that picture.
Those frames are something special - the level of detail on them is intricate!
The frames, darhling!
yes.
hands down the frames and the mirrors
don't make me chose
Those are beautiful...I really like mirrors with a little patina.

Nothing is more beautiful than an antique French mirror. That said, I am also partial to anything French with crystals :-)

BOTH!
and not necessarily together!
They are gorgeous!
Have a wonderful day!

Thinking the frames...but I like the question!
those frames, those frames, how much prettier can you get!?!
If the glass had more wear, it would be a toss up, but love the frames, especially the back one with more patina. Janell
Love this photo! <3
I can't possibly choose!
I suppose it depends who is looking into them Donna!
Beautiful frames! It is difficult to find such beautiful frames within budget anymore!
Have anice day.

I'll take both please! The mirror and the frame!

That back mirror is stunning!
What's a mirror without a frame? or a frame without a mirror? They go together...
toss up!
The frames are absolutely stunning! :)
Thank you Donna for you sweet sentiments on my boy's birthday!
Love you :)
I'm thinking the frames. I love, love mirrors. All kinds of mirrors and the grungier the better. Mona
They are exquisite mirrors AND frames. Like peanut butter and chocolate, have one, must have the other. xox Alexandra
The frames, the frames. I'm dying for these!
Both, girl, both!!
All the frames lined up like that! Have to start a large, ornate, guilded frame collection now so I can do this (dreaming)!
Can't choose, like both :)
Nice picture.
