Two different versions of the the Chicago apartment of Lauren Gold, design director for Nate Berkus Associates. The first one from several years ago, and the second from the current issue of Lonny.
The wall color in the second image is Benjamin Moore's Gray Owl OC-52.

Love the mirrors...
I love seeing rooms change over time. What stays the same, what changes...love it!
I love seeing the comparison. Also love the evolution of the space...so beautifully executed.
hmmm...
I love them both!!
Loving the second image! Much brighter. I adore that mirror, too!
I hope your summer has been grand!
Donna, We love to see different versions of the same space and how it evolves over time. The current version of this space is our favorite. Have a great day! Angela and Renee

gotta love the gray owl! the barn room is sea haze which is one shade deeper than the gray owl which is the kitchen! they are both really great colors!

Amazing the difference just a sofa change can make! I like this post!
So glad the mirror stayed! It is amazing and makes a statement in both rooms - totally love the new one, however!
I love them both....perfectly undecorated....
Thanks for dropping by, it's always a honor to hear from the perfect gray and the perfect lady. Loving your blog as always.
I much prefer the second image! What a difference a lighter sofa makes. I prefer the painting and the rug isn't so bossy. gorgeous! :)

What a lovely change. The black/white floor in the old room would have put me in the nut ward. Amazing what only a few changes can make. xx's
Fun seeing these side by side. I had to read to know which was the updated. They are both beautiful.
I prefer the second design. Funny! Growing up my mum changed our house every two years as well. I had at least 8 different bathroom colours.
Xx
