I was fascinated by the way this old blueprint was framed in Lewis Miller's apartment.
Love that it isn't matted.
I'm looking for just the right framing for the vintage blueprints of my husband's new (old) office building...
Here are a couple of my favorite ones...
Incredible detailing of the light fixtures for the building, which was the original Post Office in our town...
I especially love that lamp.
Most of the prints are dated 1915.
And this one - the side elevation of the building.
This is gonna be fun!

I like this IDEA!!!!
They are lovely! :-)
I love this idea for a gift, it's so hard to figure out what to give men.
How do you find drawings of age for a specific building?
Hi, Donna - Oh, wow! Super cool. And what a great color. I have never come across any for sale. Maybe I'll ask local architects. Would love a horizontal plan to go over our brown sectional sofa.

hi darling friend,...
mr velvick and i were talking tonight and i thought of you... and how sad it is that i have fallen off the planet and into the world of instagram... are you on it?
i hope so... i want to be in touch... i miss you...
hope this finds you well happy and loving life.
did you have a nice easter???? xx pam
Shut up Donna.....I love those! Man! Lucky!
Back then drafting was an art form unto itself. With CAD unfortunately the art has been lost.
Those are going to make great conversation pieces and artwork for the walls of your husband's office!
I remember the first time I entered a stylish friend's home and saw her blueprints hung in her center hall. It was stunning and I still remember it....9 years later!

Cool. I like the side building one, especially the shade of blue.

OOOHHH LOVE the light fixture one! This is going to be good.
Donna,
I am on the hunt this weekend to the Alameda Flea/Antique mkt. to find some old blue prints to frame. You are one lucky lady to have some originals of your husband's office building. Blue prints fascinate me.

I love famed blueprints as well! We have a huge one of a boat at our beach house!
Oh that blueprint looks awesome framed!
Oh you should make color copies of the light fixture one and sell them as wrapping paper on etsy. I would for sure buy at least 5 !
