Those mirrors are awesome! Could they be the next starburst....
I agree! it looks much easier than it is to pull that off! I love this image! and that fur throw....DIVINE!
Wouldn't you agree that the best design is the design that looks the easiest? Effortless...I just stumbled across your blog for the first time and thought I would say hello! I looked through a few of your posts and love your style. I'm a blogger as well, about the world of art, but my history is in interior design and fashion. I love to hear what people are saying! Hope we get to see more of each other in the future.Bethanywww.DirksenDabbles.com
Yes. This is dreamy.
A great observation. Texture makes a room work. Good luck on your project..I'm sure it will all come together beautifully.
Gorgeous. It does look easy but no, it isn't. Nothing that looks effortless is ever effortless (unless you are young and svelte maybe). Thanks for your nice comment on my blog. I do think your renovation will be a success if you follow your heart. I get easily confused but when something is just right I know it. If I don't have the I KNOW IT'S RIGHT feeling, I keep looking until I get it. Sometimes it tricks me and I settle for a VERY GOOD feeling and then sure enough, perfection comes along. But perfection is rare, so it can be quite a game of self-doubt. I try to ask myself "do i love this, does it make me feel warm and happy inside? do i smile when i see this?Sometimes asking specific questions will answer a dilemma. Most things I am about to choose don't answer YES to all those and I realize I was tricked again by my eye that likes shiny new things...!xo Terri
It all looks divine! How is your project coming?
Perfect example of high contrast - but in textures. Lovely image!!
So many lovely things crammed into that one picture. And yes it is all about the different, earthy textures.Happy weekend to you dear friend. Ox, MonTomorrow is all about school Halloween parties!(I am getting 1 Statue of Liberty, 1 Dorothy and 1 firefighter ready!)
It all looks so soft and relaxing! How's your bathroom coming along?

Wonderful mirrors... They remember me a painting "I coniugi Arnolfini" of Van Eyck.
