mirror over a nightstand

I like how the folks at Tracery Interiors placed a mirror over this nightstand. Makes me want to try it...

I love how they have a chest for a nightstand - I have so much stuff on mine I need something bigger like this!

I love the look of mirrors over the night stands, it helps open up the room!

And Tracery Interiors can never do wrong, I just adore all they do. xo

makes sense to me. Then all your pretties get to show off double time... on the table and in the reflection!

Love it... will have to remember that!

AGree - fills the space perfectly and love how the gold picks up the hardware. But I must admit I'm still drooling over Friday's shot - on of my all time favorites!!

Happy Monday dear Donna!

I am all for placing mirrors over nightstand tables! (I did the same over my blue chest and I love it!).

That empire chest is something to write home about.

Love to you,

Mon

Love this look too and agree with Will on using a chest of drawers. I need more room for all my 'bedtime trinkets'.

Though a Feng Shui expert would say that placing mirrors in a bedroom is not good for the balance, I personally love having them around. They help reflect light, dimension and depth, and also add a nice decorative touch. I say go for it dear!

Hugs and thanks for your sweet email.

Beautiful - I wonder what's on the other side of the bed. I like the idea of mismatched nightstands. This is lovely. Thanks for popping over today Donna. Have a good week!

thanks everyone for the kind words about the room...no, we did not repeat on the other side of the bed. this beautiful chest (and mirror) is one of a kind, there's a different table on the other side, topped by a piece of art.
